- EASY DRESS is a Wheel dressing Machine with the following features.
- Base made of Cast Iron for better vibration dampening and rigidity.
- Fitted with imported linear bearings (LM Guides) for free movement and high precision
- Ball screws for all slides for precise positioning.
- Operating electrical Panel is mounted directly on the machine at a convenient place of operation.
- Fixed position orientation pin for 90 degree and cup wheel dressing for quick setup.
- Frequency drive for dressing wheel to control the RPM.
- Angle and straight wheels can be easly dressed
- Compactin design and footprint
- Setup time is quick.
- Dresser and Grinding wheels rpm can be adjusted with drive.
- Oscillation speed can be controlled.
